Written for real use, not legal fog. These terms explain the baseline rules for using UMATTR programs, content, consulting, and digital experiences. They are written in plain English where possible while still setting expectations clearly.

These Terms are between you (whether an individual or an entity on whose behalf you act, “you” or “User”) and UMATTR Global AI Inc. (doing business as UMATTR) (“UMATTR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Paid products, services, and access are subject to the pricing, terms, and availability shown at the time of purchase.
Purchases may be processed through third-party platforms or payment providers.
Program Access
When you purchase a UMATTR program, you receive the level of access described on the purchase page, subject to platform availability and these terms.
We may update, improve, or reorganize program materials over time, provided the core value of the purchase is materially preserved.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site or services.
This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with platform operation, scraping protected content at scale, using the services for unlawful purposes, or misrepresenting affiliation with UMATTR.
Disclaimers
UMATTR provides educational, informational, and strategic content.
Nothing on the site guarantees specific results, career outcomes, business outcomes, financial returns, or decision outcomes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMATTR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you to UMATTR for the relevant service or product giving rise to the claim.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the business, legal requirements, or platform operations.
Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of UMATTR will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
